Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, cut into small pieces
- Soy sauce, turmeric powder, pepper, and salt for seasoning
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 onions, sliced into large circles
- 2 fish chili pods
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons crushed chili powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- Oil
Instructions:
- Begin by seasoning the chicken with soy sauce, turmeric powder, pepper, and salt. Allow it to marinate for about 30 minutes. After marination, deep-fry half of the chicken pieces until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, heat some oil and add ginger-garlic paste. Then, incorporate chili pieces and sugar, cooking on low flame until the sugar dissolves.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, add tomato sauce and soy sauce to the mixture. Mix well and introduce the fried chicken pieces. Cook on low flame for a while.
- Add sliced onions, fish chili pods, and tomatoes to the pan. Stir the ingredients and remove from heat. Optionally, you can also add bell peppers at this stage.
