Remarkable women in Colombo are leading efforts to improve outcomes for women in politics, business and civil society.
Representing the City of Colombo, corporate and advocacy organisations, the women shared their experiences with the Governor-General. In a conversation facilitated by High Commissioners Stephens, they discussed opportunities and challenges for women in both Sri Lanka and Australia.
The Governor-General thanked the women for the important conversation and opportunity to learn from one another, and for the work they do to push for better outcomes in their communities
