Historic forts, railway stations to be made tourist attractions

Historic forts and identified railway stations will be developed as tourist attractions at a cost of Rs.162 million, Tourism Minister Prasanna Ranatunga said.
He said that railway stations in Bandarawela, Nanuoya, Mannar, Kalpitya and the Batticaloa historic fort will be developed this year.
