The company (Badoer Investment Ltd) has expressed its willingness to bring well over $220,000,000\u00a0 investment in the port city, which is said to be a new leap in the investment sector in Sri Lanka.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Project will include ADK and 4CC towers with High-end premium grade office space, 425 luxury apartments and a world class iconic hotel is poised to be build showcasing the future.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Jeff M Goonawardhane, the former Consul General of Sri Lanka in America, is taking lead in this investment. The former Consul has for a long time wanted to bridge the old Sri Lanka, with the new Sri Lanka through Port City.<\/span><\/p>\n
