Our packed audience really enjoyed the combined effort, and later, I met Indrani backstage &amp; congratulated her on being, in my opinion, the BEST female Vocalist at the time, back home. She sang her songs with so much feeling, it was a pleasure to hear her, and now, glory be !, here is Shanika, one of the youngsters of Sri Lanka, with a most beautiful voice herself, singing a medley of &#8220;Indrani songs&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">including Dilhani, which is my Pick, as the most endearing, Sinhalese song ever written &amp; performed by two of their own Showbiz\u00a0STARS<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Clarence Wijewardena &amp; Indrani Perera.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">THIS also happens to be my own Christmas present to each &amp; every e&#8217;Lanka Member &amp; Reader. For all expatriots, this song will help you reminisce about the lovely Country so many of us had to leave, some,\u00a0 very reluctantly.
