Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  • 350 grams of pitted dates<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 175 grams of all-purpose flour<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 50 grams of cashew nuts<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 150 grams of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 3 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 50 grams of semolina<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 100 grams of butter<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 25 grams of raisins<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 teaspoon of baking soda<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 teaspoon of salt<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 teaspoon of rose essence<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 teaspoon of almond essence<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Method:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Start by soaking the pitted dates in hot water for a while, then drain and clean them.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. After draining, sprinkle baking soda over the dates and pour hot water over them. Stir with a spoon and let it sit for 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and semolina.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. To the soaked dates, add salt and then gradually add the flour mixture. Mix well to form a batter and set it aside.<\/span><\/li>\n
