Parama Wira Wibushanaya for his exceptional Gallantry and valour in sacrificing his own life to protect brother officers and sailors \u00a0at Seas off Point Pedro on 1st November 2008.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
