I doubt even his nephew Rajiv has written or spoken about it. Lakshman and Rajiv went to two different schools, so he may not know and nor would Lakshman have ever spoken about his achievements as a student to him.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong>Lakshman Wickremasinghe\u2019s all round record in school is phenomenal and perhaps second to none in the long history of Royal College.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Just consider his achievements in the year 1944 alone:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Head Prefect<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Editor of Magazine;<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Athletics \u2026.Vice-Captain;<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Sergeant Cadet Battalion;<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Rugby team;<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Chairman Senior Literary Association;<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Won 6 prizes in 1944 including Dornhorst Memorial Prize for General Merit;<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
