Saut\u00e9 until fragrant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Add chopped onions and leeks to the pot and saut\u00e9 until they turn translucent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Toss in diced carrots and allow them to soften slightly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Stir in chopped cabbage, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Season the curry with pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt according to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Adjust seasoning if needed, then let the curry simmer until vegetables are cooked through.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Heat a flat pan or griddle. Pour a ladleful of the prepared batter onto the pan and spread it thinly to make a pancake.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Place a generous spoonful of the prepared vegetable curry in the center of the pancake.
