Set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Thin the bread slices by hand or with a rolling pin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Spread pizza sauce or tomato sauce on each thinned bread slice, followed by a layer of grated mozzarella cheese.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Arrange sliced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and sausage slices on top as desired. Add another layer of grated cheese and sprinkle with chopped chili.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0F) and bake the bread pizzas for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Alternatively, spread butter or margarine in a non-stick pan, place the bread pizzas in it, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">If cooking in a pan, ensure not to cover it completely to prevent water vapor from forming and dripping onto the pizza.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
