After that, he said there would be a rating action on Sri Lanka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">\u201cGetting an investable rating is fundamental to our economic rating. It is important to ensure that our debt carrying capacity is improved before 2028 so that we gain access to the international market,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">He said the most important criterion is to ensure that the country\u2019s economy is growing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">\u201cThat will require productivity-enhancing investments to come in,\u201d he said.
