This approach aligns well with global shifts towards sustainability, making Sri Lankan products appealing in markets focused on ethical sourcing, like Europe and North America. Furthermore, the industry benefits from established ties with prominent brands such as Nike and Victoria\u2019s Secret, which value Sri Lanka\u2019s reputation for quality and fast turnaround .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong>To strengthen and protect this industry, several strategic steps could be beneficial:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Investment in Local Fabric Production: The sector heavily relies on imported fabrics, which increases costs and logistical dependencies.
