Multicultural Health Week 2025 focuses on practical ways we can all support older people in our families and communities. From encouraging regular physical activity and healthy eating, to supporting cancer screening and regular GP visits, small actions can make a big difference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">MHCS is also pleased to introduce our Youth Ambassadors.
