Let go of fantasies of perfect health. Maintaining a good attitude and exercising appropriately becomes your mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Encourage yourself to keep going.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>*The Fourth Landscape: You may return to the bed, just as in childhood.*<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">When we were born, our mothers cared for us in bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">After a life of struggle and hardship, we return to where we began\u2014bed\u2014awaiting the care of others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">But unlike when we arrived, we may not have loved ones to care for us as our mothers did. If someone is there, they may not care as deeply. More often, it\u2019s a hired caregiver, smiling outwardly but impatient inside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">You must stay humble\u2014and even grateful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0*The Fifth Landscape: Many along the road will try to deceive you.*<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Scammers know that older people often have savings, and they\u2019ll use every trick\u2014calls, texts, emails, free samples, miracle cures, \u201cblessed\u201d items, longevity pills\u2014just to empty your wallet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">You must stay alert. Guard your money. Spend wisely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong>*The Sixth Landscape: Treat your spouse (or close companion) with kindness.*<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Speak gently and thoughtfully. Show concern. Especially to your husband or wife.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">They are your final \u201clife savings.\u201d After 60, relying on children is unreliable\u2014they have their own families. In the end, it is the old couple who depend on each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">At this age, no one is looking to stray\u2014we only fear losing one another.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Before night falls, the final stretch of life dims gradually, making the road harder to walk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">So after 60, we must see life clearly. Cherish and enjoy it. Don\u2019t try to manage society or control your children\u2019s affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Don\u2019t act superior or speak down to others\u2014such behavior only hurts others and yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">In old age, we must learn respect. Accept this final phase of life with understanding, serenity, and spiritual readiness.
