John Herat how to bring<br \/>\nPerpetual Help to All Saints on 8th December 1951 and built a shrine for her<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>FIRST DAYS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The news went around,   Devotees trickled in \u2013 They came in their Thousands as the Wednesdays rolled out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE SHRINE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At first it was just a frame and altar,   flowers and candles.
