Dravidians are believed<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">to be of African origin.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Some researchers are of the view that some Ethiopians have remarkable physical<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">resemblances.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">So, the belief is that the first people who arrived at India were NEGROIDS, from Africa, with<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">black skin and curly hair.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">The Anthropologists also created a new racial group called the \u201cMediterranean race\u2019 and<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">identified the Dravidians came from this race, as the Mediterranean\u2019s origin is black Negroid.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Summarising- Ethiopians in antiquity ruled India, and they were names the Naga.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">The Naga\u2019s created Sanskrit writing and language.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Nagas ruled all of India, Sri Lanka, and Burma.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">They were a warlike people used bow, arrow, and noose<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">The Tamil people also known as Tamilar, are Dravidian ethnic group who speak Tamil as<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">their mother tongue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">They have migrated from Ethiopia and considered a Mediterranean race, occupied whole of<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">India, and called themselves Nagas.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">According to Hinduism Nagas are mythical serpents. In Buddhism, they often are protectors<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">of the Buddha and of dharma.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">According to Dr. Winters: \u201cNaga\/Nagash was also the Kingdom or the ancient Semitic<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">speaking people of modern Ethiopia who lived in Arwe and ancient kingdom of Punt.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">So, the history of India dates to 3000BC with the migration of Ethiopian tribes as Dravidians.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">These settlers called themselves Nagas tribe.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">They would have migrated to the North of the island of Sri Lanka about that time.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Our history of homosapiens or hominins goes back to the Balangoda man lived 38,000 BP<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">meaning before the common era.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Do Sinhalese come from South India as some Tamil people seem to believe. Most unlikely<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">from historical evidence. Tamils as Naga tribe have migrated to North India at some stage<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">can be accepted. According to our historical chronicles and Mahavamsa, Nagas and Yakkas<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">were inhabitants of the island. So, the Nagas may have been in the island before Prince<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Vijaya\u2019s landing in Thambapanni.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Kuveni, also known as Sesapathi, was a Yakshini queen mentioned in the ancient Pali<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">chronicles Mahavamsa and Dipavamsa, the primary source for her life-story being the former<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">history mixed with legend. She is venerated as Maha Loku Kiriammaleththo by the Veddahs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Kuveni, on the other hand, is regarded as a descendant of the demons of the Ramayana and of<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Ravana, who also dwelled in Lanka. A common folk tale was that her children did not, in<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">fact, flee to Malaysia, but instead remained in Sri Lanka&#8217;s jungles and became the Veddas &#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Sri Lanka&#8217;s aboriginal population.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Kuveni helped Vijaya destroy the Yakkha city of Sirisavatthu and has two children with him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">However, Vijaya must marry a Kshatriya princess to be a legitimate ruler. Therefore, he<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">marries the daughter of a Pandu king, who also sends other women as brides for Vijaya&#8217;s<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">followers. Kuveni and her two children leave for the Yakkha city of Lankapura, where she is<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">killed by the Yakkhas<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Aryans and Dravidians have different accents. Aryans have a north Indian accent<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">whereas Dravidians have a south Indian accent. Looks-Aryans are fair skinned as compared<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">to Dravidians. They also set the caste system in India consisting of 4 general tribes of priests,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">businessmen and aristocrats and scheduled castes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Sinhalese language and culture came from North India, probably Bengal as Mahavamsa says.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">But Hela ethnic groups were living on the island and are the aboriginal inhabitants.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Balangoda Man The earliest evidence of Balangoda Man from archaeological sequences at<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">caves and other sites dates back to 38,000 BP (before the common era), and from excavated<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">skeletal remains to 30,000 BP, which is also the earliest reliably dated record of anatomically<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">modern humans in South Asia.
