He had used this place to view Kandy City and its surroundings seated on a stone seat under a tree in front of his bungalow. The view from this point is superb during the day and night, a bird\u2019s eye view.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a popular lookout point visited by a large number of local as well as foreign tourists daily. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kandy City, Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic), Kandy Lake<\/span><b>,\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Royal Palace of Kandy, Kandy City Center, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bahirawa Kanda<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Gnome Mountain) as well as the Buddha Statue on top of the Mountain can be seen from this place\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.revolvy.com\/page\/Kandy-Municipal-Council\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kandy Municipal Council<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(KMC) about 1500 tourists local as well as foreign visit (per day) this location during the peak season (November to May) and about 500 tourists (per day) during the off season.
