Its sweet meat counter is a hive of activity. The best of sweetmeats is prepared according to traditional methods. Lakpahana gives busy people a chance to get their Avurudu needs under one roof. It is also an opportunity to hark back to those simple days when all these traditional delicacies were made with loving care by the elders in the family. Lakpahana has for the last forty years striven to preserve the traditional aspects of Sri Lankan life and culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Lakpahana has a variety of sweets from traditional sweetmeats such as Kavum, Kokis, Aasmi, Athirasa, Mung Kavum, Kaludodol and Aluwa. Everyday favourites such as Murukku, Stuffed Veralu, Jaggery Toffee, Rulan Aluwa, Marshmellows, Love Cake, Bibikkan, Jaggery Cake, Thala Bola, Coconut and Milk Toffee, Aggala, Marzipan Stuffed Dates, Cheese Cakes and Foguete are also available. Lakpahana also has freshly prepared Lamprais on order, Bee\u2019s Honey, Kithul Jaggery, Kithul Treacle, Seeni Sambol, Pickles and Chutneys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Lakpahana has a large array of traditional brass lamps, home ware and batik clothes to make this festive season truly traditional and memorable.
