Unfortunately, it was just a little bit too late for this writer, who is, right now, the &#8220;guru&#8221; of isolation<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">simply because my legs and feet refuse to let me walk more than a few metres because of an ailment that has got to be pronounced while totally sober. This is the Mother of Arthritis, called Ankylosin Spondylitis. color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">KEEP\u00a0 YOUR\u00a0 \u00a0LEGS\u00a0 ACTIVE\u00a0 &amp;\u00a0 STRONG\u00a0 !!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">As\u00a0 we\u00a0 \u00a0put\u00a0 \u00a0on\u00a0 years\u00a0 &amp;\u00a0 keep\u00a0 \u00a0getting\u00a0 \u00a0old\u00a0 \u00a0on\u00a0 a\u00a0 daily\u00a0 basis ,\u00a0 \u00a0our\u00a0 feet\u00a0 must\u00a0 \u00a0always\u00a0 \u00a0remain active &amp; strong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">As\u00a0 we\u00a0 are constantly\u00a0 \u00a0ageing \/ get aged,\u00a0 we\u00a0 should not\u00a0 be\u00a0 afraid\u00a0 of\u00a0 our\u00a0 hair\u00a0 turning\u00a0 \u00a0grey (or) skin\u00a0 sagging ( or) wrinkles on face.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Among\u00a0 the\u00a0 signs\u00a0 of *longevity*, long fit life as summarized\u00a0 by the\u00a0 popular US Magazine\u00a0 &#8221; Prevention &#8220;, strong\u00a0 leg\u00a0 \u00a0muscles\u00a0 are listed\u00a0 on\u00a0 the\u00a0 \u00a0top,\u00a0 as\u00a0 *the\u00a0 most\u00a0 important &amp; essential\u00a0 one.*\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Please walk daily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">If\u00a0 \u00a0you\u00a0 don\u2019t move your\u00a0 legs for just two\u00a0 weeks,\u00a0 your real leg\u00a0 strength\u00a0 will\u00a0 decrease\u00a0 by 10\u00a0 years.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">*Just walk*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">A\u00a0 study\u00a0 from\u00a0 the University of Copenhagen in\u00a0 Denmark\u00a0 found\u00a0 that both old &amp; young, during\u00a0 the\u00a0 two\u00a0 \u00a0weeks\u00a0 of\u00a0 *inactivity*,\u00a0 the\u00a0 legs\u00a0 muscle\u00a0 strength can *weaken by a\u00a0 third* which is equivalent\u00a0 to\u00a0 \u00a020-30\u00a0 years\u00a0 of\u00a0 ageing !!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">*So just walk*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">As\u00a0 our\u00a0 leg\u00a0 muscles weaken, it\u00a0 will\u00a0 take a long\u00a0 time\u00a0 to\u00a0 recover, even if\u00a0 we\u00a0 do rehabilitation\u00a0 &amp; exercises,\u00a0 later.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">WALK.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Therefore, *regular exercise like walking, is very important*.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
