Your balance begins to deteriorate from the Age of 40. Proceed with the other leg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3.<\/strong> Treadmill slow walk<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Those who exercise on a treadmill<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>can walk at low speed without support on the hand bars, swinging your hands as in normal walking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grab a towel with your toes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a towel on the floor and practice grabbing it with the toes of both of your feet, alternately, while both sitting and standing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stand on a cushion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Try using cushions or pillows of varying firmness, and stand on them with your legs alternately together and apart.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Walk backwards.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Try walking backwards along a wall or a kitchen counter without looking back, using the wall or counter to steady yourself infrequently.
