In addition, he was member of various associations, councils and boards, and co-founded the Asian Yearbook of International Law as well as the Foundation for the Development of International Law in Asia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">He contributed to the work of many commissions, including on: Humanitarian Assistance; Principles of Evidence in International Litigation Present problems of the Use of Armed Force in International Law \u2013 Sub-groups\u00a0: Authorization of the Use of Force by the United Nations and Self-defence; The Impact of Information Technology on Rights of Privacy; Humanitarian intervention; Statute and Functions of the Conference of the Parties to a Treaty Piracy, present
